As a Registered Doctoral Psychologist in private practice, my areas of practice include work with adults who face concerns such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, stress (e.g., work, relationships, etc.), eating disorders, acquired brain injury, and gender identity issues. I have been practicing in the area of psychology for the past 20 years.
My focus is to utilize a client-centred approach to help individuals heal and become aware of their inner strengths. I strive to provide a neutral safe space, listen to your concerns, and develop a treatment plan to fit your needs. I am trained in EMDR (i.e., Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, EMDRIA-approved), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, and a certified yoga instructor. I am also knowledgeable about and able to incorporate mindfulness practices into treatment if desired.
As a Registered Doctoral Psychologist, I am committed to the standards of practice laid out by the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists, (Registration # 556) for ethical conduct.
Please contact me by phone or email to set up an appointment. Thank you.
